Having discovered the benefits of exercise myself (I am also a running coach), I am passionate about helping people to live more active lives, free of pain and injuries. I offer treatment for pain whether this seems to have come on suddenly or more gradually (see Reviews).
I qualified as a Soft Tissue Therapist in 2015, with a BTEC Level 5 Professional National Diploma from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage. I am also First Aid qualified. I am based in west Southampton on the edge of the New Forest.
For sports people
Regular treatment, including deep tissue sports massage, helps you prepare for events, cope with increasing training levels while avoiding injury so that you can achieve your sporting challenges. It will also help you recover more quickly from training sessions and races. and recover faster from injuries.

For everyone
Most of us spend far too much time sitting, leading to stiffness and postural problems, painful neck and shoulders, backaches, leg pain and other symptoms. Soft tissue therapy helps relieve those aching muscles, eases pain, increases mobility and helps you recover faster so you can get on with enjoying life.
The treatment approach
- Assessment – to determine the cause of injury or soft tissue dysfunction.
- Treatment – involving a range of advanced soft tissue techniques, including sports and remedial massage, muscle activation (Be Activated) and kinesiology taping , to help recovery from injury and improve soft tissue condition and joint mobility.
- Rehabilitation plan – to provide you with exercise and advice to speed up recovery, prevent injury recurrence and improve posture, performance and function.
